Our functional strength and full-body bodybuilding program is so much fun and can be done in addition to CrossFit or by itself. These workouts trade out intensity for a little more burn and aesthetics.
Each day consists of functional strength followed by a bodybuilding session. The goal of bodybuilding is simple - all gains, zero stress!
