Coach Jen DuPont

Coach Jen has been a nutrition coach since 2018. She is passionate about helping clients discover what works for them and their lifestyle, as there is no one-size fits all nutrition approach.


Outside of the gym, she is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Tufts University School of Medicine, where she directs a research lab at the Molecular Cardiology Research Institute at Tufts Medical Center. Her research is focused on the influence of sex hormones on cardiovascular function in health and disease states, specifically with regards to aging and the role of estrogen in cardiovascular health. She enjoys spending her free time with her 5 year old daughter, husband, and Popcorn the puppy, cooking, doing ancestry research, and getting outside as much as possible!

  • Favorite Workout: Anything with hang power cleans or barbell cycling of any kind!
  • Nutrition coaching philosophy: My approach to nutrition coaching is extremely personalized and involves meeting you wherever you are in your journey to help you identify small changes you can make to achieve your goals in a sustainable fashion. I enjoy working with people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds. I strive to keep things simple, sustainable, and enjoyable. My intent for all my clients is to discover that proper nutrition is actually very simple - there are no fancy tricks or programs that are going to get you results. It is purely dedication, a positive mindset, and trusting the process. Ultimately, my goal is for clients to complete 1:1 coaching with all the tools and knowledge necessary to continue their success long after our weekly meetings are over!

Coach Jenn DeCesare

Coach Jenn has been a nutrition coach since 2022. She is obsessed with nutrition for both athletic performance and longevity.


Before becoming certified as a nutrition coach, she devoured any literature having to do with nutrition she could get her hands on. (She still does!)


When she is not at the gym, she is teaching kindergarten in Brockton or wrangling her two teenage sons and two German Shepherd dogs. She loves to cook, especially with her home grown vegetables and herbs.


Her specialty is taking a comfort food recipe and modifying it to meet her clients’ nutrition needs!

  • Nutrition coaching philosophy: My approach to nutrition coaching is simple- meet you where you are and help you make sustainable changes to reach your goals. You drive the bus; I am the guide. I share information with you so you understand the why behind the changes you are making. We all have the ability to eat right, but many of us need to identify the roadblocks that are preventing us from doing just that. My intention is to help you understand that eating right is simple, even if it is not always easy!

Coach Marcia Ward

Coach Marcia has been a nutrition coach since 2022. She is a believer that nutrition is the foundation to health, longevity, and well being.


Before becoming certified as a nutrition coach, she developed a passion for fitness and health. Through education, and experience she discovered that sustainable, healthy eating can be incredibly simple!


Outside of nutrition coaching she is a special education teacher in Pembroke, Certified CrossFit Level 3 Trainer, and fitness programmer.


She shares her life with her two teenage sons, husband, dogs, and cats. She enjoys crafting simple, nutritious meals that can easily be repeated and enjoyed.

    Nutrition coaching philosophy: My approach to nutrition coaching is to meet you where you are at and help you create sustainable habits that will fit with your lifestyle and goals. A healthy mindset to eating is developed by learning about what your body needs to fuel itself and having a plan to achieve it. My goal is to help you develop the tools you need that will lead to success now, and long into the future.
