Coach Jen has been a nutrition coach since 2018. She is passionate about helping clients discover what works for them and their lifestyle, as there is no one-size fits all nutrition approach.
Outside of the gym, she is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Tufts University School of Medicine, where she directs a research lab at the Molecular Cardiology Research Institute at Tufts Medical Center. Her research is focused on the influence of sex hormones on cardiovascular function in health and disease states, specifically with regards to aging and the role of estrogen in cardiovascular health. She enjoys spending her free time with her 5 year old daughter, husband, and Popcorn the puppy, cooking, doing ancestry research, and getting outside as much as possible!
Coach Jenn has been a nutrition coach since 2022. She is obsessed with nutrition for both athletic performance and longevity.
Before becoming certified as a nutrition coach, she devoured any literature having to do with nutrition she could get her hands on. (She still does!)
When she is not at the gym, she is teaching kindergarten in Brockton or wrangling her two teenage sons and two German Shepherd dogs. She loves to cook, especially with her home grown vegetables and herbs.
Her specialty is taking a comfort food recipe and modifying it to meet her clients’ nutrition needs!
Coach Marcia has been a nutrition coach since 2022. She is a believer that nutrition is the foundation to health, longevity, and well being.
Before becoming certified as a nutrition coach, she developed a passion for fitness and health. Through education, and experience she discovered that sustainable, healthy eating can be incredibly simple!
Outside of nutrition coaching she is a special education teacher in Pembroke, Certified CrossFit Level 3 Trainer, and fitness programmer.
She shares her life with her two teenage sons, husband, dogs, and cats. She enjoys crafting simple, nutritious meals that can easily be repeated and enjoyed.
