Teens program

The Salt Shack Teens Program provides effective strength and conditioning sessions for all ability levels

We carefully select exercises and training volumes which are appropriate for the health, fitness, age and skill-level of each participant. At Salt Shack, we can accommodate both experienced individuals and newcomers to the gym. Whether you have advanced skills or have never stepped foot in a gym before, we have something for everyone.

The Importance of Quality Coaching and Programming

An important factor in the program is variety.   By incorporating different movements into our strength and conditioning program we avoid specialization. Early specialization among young athletes can lead to overuse injuries from repetitive motions and a lack of development of other motor skills. Our program provides teens with the ability and confidence required to stay strong and healthy through the years ahead.

Currently our summer session is 10 weeks long starting June 24 for ages 15 and up. Mon, Wed, Fri, 10-11am. Please contact us to register.
