On Ramp Training for CrossFit Beginners

Our on ramp classes are one on one with a trainer and we teach you all the basic movements you’ll see in the group classes. The trainer will work with you to modify the exercises based on your fitness level, ensuring your safety. It is a great opportunity to learn more about you and discuss your fitness goals.

The cost is $125 with zero commitment required after the sessions are complete. We work around your availability to schedule the classes.
